My work is rooted in a collaborative, person-centered approach, where therapy is shaped around you — your pace, your needs, and what feels most supportive. Sessions may be structured or more open, depending on what helps you process and move forward.
I believe that learning to observe, name, and understand your thoughts and emotions creates space for real change. Through this process, clients often develop a stronger sense of control, self-awareness, and direction.
I am especially known for my work in mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. My goal is to help you not only cope, but build a life that feels more steady, intentional, and aligned.
With a background in medical and community health settings — including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, South Shore Hospital, and community health centers — I bring depth and sensitivity to clients facing chronic illness, caregiving stress, or significant loss.
I have extensive experience working in both acute and ambulatory medical environments, supporting individuals through complex emotional, relational, and health-related challenges. My work spans hospitals, cancer care settings, and community-based care.
