Meet Allyson

I am a Social Worker with experience supporting teenagers, adults, and couples through challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, family dynamics, and substance use recovery. Through a strengths-based and collaborative approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful growth.

About me

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. As a Social Worker, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while navigating life’s challenges and working toward personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration and centered around each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I believe that every person has strengths, even during difficult moments, and I work alongside clients to help them recognize those strengths and develop tools that support lasting change.

I support teenagers, adults, and couples experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, life transitions, ADHD, substance abuse and recovery, and challenges with distress tolerance. Using approaches including DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, I tailor therapy to each individual’s journey.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy morning meditation, spending time with my family and my dog Spencer, reading crime novels, practicing Qigong, and enjoying Yoga Nidra.
