About me

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can openly explore your experiences, identify what matters most to you, and work toward the life you want to build.

My educational and professional background is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll identify your values, clarify your goals, and develop practical strategies that help you build resilience and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

I chose to become a therapist because I’ve always valued taking the time to truly understand people and support them in becoming the best versions of themselves. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients grow, overcome obstacles, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Modalities I Use in Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training
