About me

My work is rooted in a person-centered approach, where you are met with acceptance, respect, and space to fully share your story without judgment. I believe that people already hold meaningful insight into their own lives, and therapy can help bring that clarity forward in a supportive way.

Sessions are collaborative — we work together to understand what you’re experiencing and to build a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals. You set the pace, and I meet you where you are.

I also integrate Christian counseling when it is meaningful for the client, allowing space for faith to be part of the healing process if desired.

My clinical focus includes trauma and ADHD-informed care, helping clients better understand how their experiences, attention patterns, and emotional responses interact in everyday life.

Modalities I Use in Therapy
