About me

With more than 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting teens, adults, couples, and families through many of life’s most challenging transitions. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring the concerns that brought them to therapy.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals facing anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, co-occurring disorders, anger management concerns, and family relationship challenges. I also have significant experience helping families navigate the emotional impact of divorce and separation.
