Rates & Insurance

 Rates  Our rates depend on your needs. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes  Insurance  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.To see if you have mental health coverage please check with your insurance company by asking the following questions:  

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment  Cash, check, or credit card are accepted forms of payment for any deductibles, copays or not covered care under your insurance..  Cancellation Policy  If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, there is a $75 fee.
