Kelley has worked with children, teens, adults, the LGBTQ community and their families, and specializes in trauma healing with a focus on a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Carinne Sosnowski, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Carinne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, low self-esteem, identity and purpose exploration, LGBTQIA+ affirming, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and both PTSD and C-PTSD.

She is certified in trauma-informed care and brings a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence to therapy. Carinne prioritizes authenticity and self-expression while engaging in a therapeutic relationship. She focuses on helping clients build emotional regulation skills while creating a supportive space to process their experiences. Her approach draws from a psychodynamic lens, exploring how past and present relationships and experiences influence your emotional life today. Carinne will meet you where you’re at, cheer you on, and hold space for you.

Carinne incorporates a strengths-based perspective to empower and encourage meaningful change. She also utilizes interventions from DBT to help with grounding and somatic regulation. Carinne utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed care which supports understanding the different parts within us that carry emotional pain or protection from past experiences. Additionally, Carinne integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to explore anxious thoughts, promote acceptance, and reconnect with personal values.

Her work is grounded in both trauma-informed and relational care. She aims to create a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood, especially when working through the impact of past trauma or adverse childhood experiences. Through this connection, we can build resilience and foster healing.

Skyla Richards, MA Counseling Candidate

Skyla is a compassionate counselor based in Massachusetts who takes a holistic and heart-centered approach to therapy, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. While Skyla works with clients of all ages, she has a passion for supporting teenagers. She has a natural ability to connect with young people, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel comfortable opening up about their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Skyla also enjoys working with adults, helping them navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and reconnect with themselves.

Therapeutic style blends evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered foundation, ensuring clients are always met with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and respect for their unique journey. Whether she’s guiding a teen through the challenges of adolescence or supporting an adult in rediscovering their sense of self, Skyla brings warmth, authenticity, and deep compassion to the work.

Take the next step towards a brighter horizon.
